A day in the sun

Here is the view from the corridor window that I promised last night. See the white building on top of the hill in the middle of the picture; that's where Brita and I were yesterday.

The weather was beautiful and warm today too, so Sigve and I sat outside for half an hour. He has to be careful with sun tanning, so he sat in the shade, but it was still nice and warm.

Later he had a go at the step trainer. Good for training lung function.

Sigve's eating is advancing slowly. Cereals and yogurts are fine now, and some soups, but he still can't handle hot dinners. It doesn't make him sick, it's just so unappetizing to him that he can't bear to eat them. But he knows he has to keep trying...
His doctor says that they will keep exchanging more of his iv medications with pills to make him less dependent on Hangman.

Today I am grateful for:
*That our friends on the other side of the world are having a great time, even without us
*My camera
*Being able to find things to be grateful for
